Like another reviewer, this is my third root canal. I agonized over which practice to go to because my previous root canal (that was done at a different practice) ended up failing and that experience wasn’t the greatest. But it turned out that the waiting and researching was way worse than the actual root canal because the staff at Sammamish Endodontics were so wonderful! This root canal was fast and pain free. No stress, the doctor was very attentive, and I am plenty comfortable tonight (the same day as my procedure) even without pain meds! Thank you so much Sammamish Endodontics! Also I highly recommend the Walterberry numbing topical.

Dr Ball and his staff at Sammamish Endodontics are extremely caring and informative each step of the way. They are very good about answering questions as well and are patient. Dr Ball gives the best injections. I didn't even feel the one that I got. I had a very complicated case with very long and twisted roots. He made sure every canal was sealed spending much longer than the typical root canal appt. No one ever wants a root canal but if you need one, their office is the best! Wendy Woldman

This was the best dental experience of my life! Right off the bat, Kristina and Maya were so knowledgeable and helpful. They made the experience great from the start. Then Sam brought me back and explained everything very thoroughly. Then, Nicole took my x-rays and it was the most comfortable x-ray I’ve ever had! Dr. Donley diagnosed me and helped me to understand what was going on with my tooth. She was very kind and patient. I was scheduled for a root canal with Dr. Ball. Dr. Ball was so skilled and gentle, I didn’t even feel the injection! The root canal experience was amazing, both Dr. Ball and Maya made me feel safe and comfortable. After the root canal, Kristina was so helpful with my insurance and made the payment process smooth. Overall this was a great experience, I would definitely recommend.

This is my 3rd root canal (something I am not proud of), but I found the perfect office, doctor and staff to make this process as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend doctor Ball, very professional yet gentle and personable. Christina in the office has always been great and patient in addressing any insurance related concerns or questions and I bug her more than I care to admit to help me with everything. They have been very flexible in scheduling which has been helpful for my busy schedule. All-in-all a 5 star practice.

I had an incredible experience at Sammamish Endo. The staff, including Kristina, Maya, Dr. Ball, and Juliana, were all extremely friendly and attentive, offering me top-notch service throughout my visit. I was suffering from severe pain before arriving, but moments after I arrived, Dr. Ball guided me through the process before starting work on my tooth. Their expertise and care left me feeling great and back on my feet in no time.
